AntiSocial Hosting respects intellectual property rights and will consider valid notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

We provide hosting and infrastructure services only. We do not create, select, upload, edit or control the content made available by customers through their services, and customers remain responsible for that content and for complying with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

We respect customer privacy and do not routinely inspect or monitor customer websites, files or applications. We may access or review information only where reasonably necessary to provide, secure or maintain our services, investigate suspected abuse, consider a valid notice, or comply with a legal obligation.

Submitting a notification

Email DMCA contact email with “DMCA notice” as the subject line. Include your signature, the copyrighted work, the exact location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Confidentiality and correspondence

We treat customer and account information as confidential. We do not confirm the identity of a customer, disclose customer information or provide account details to a complainant unless we reasonably determine that disclosure is required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a binding request from a competent authority.

Submitting a notice does not oblige us to provide a response, status updates, reasons for any action, or to enter into ongoing correspondence. We may acknowledge receipt or ask for further information where appropriate, but otherwise reserve the right to respond only where we consider it necessary.

Counter notification

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter notification identifying the removed material and prior location, with your contact details and the statements required by applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, we may restrict, suspend or terminate services associated with repeat infringement or repeated valid notices. We may give notice where reasonably practicable, but reserve the right to take immediate action where we consider that necessary to protect our services, comply with a legal obligation, or address suspected abuse.

Where a service is suspended or terminated under this policy or our Terms and Conditions, no refund or credit will ordinarily be due for any unused portion of the service.
